How to cross compile ROS and ROS packages to embbeded linux board.

Hello, I have problems to cross compile ROS/Packages to my embedded linux board. I am trying to compile this example of rosserial: www.ros.org/wiki/rosserial_embeddedlinux/Tutorials/Example%20Publisher) But I don't kwow how to add packages(ros_lib) and executables to my toolchain. I'm using Yujin Tolls as toolchain, but I am accepting suggestions and exemples of toolchains to do that. I am able to load the binary code after that. Thanks so much. Regards
